REAL ESTATE AND SECURITIES ATTORNEY, AUTHOR AND EDUCATOR
Jason Powell is an attorney and author focused on real estate and securities law.
Currently a Partner at the law firm of Cara Stone, LLP, Jason currently represents private money lenders, private money brokers, mortgage pools, real estate investors and developers, note investors and real estate funds.
During his career, he has been involved in the closing of over a 1,200 traditional and private money loan transactions.
Jason has assisted private money lenders, real estate investment companies and real estate entrepreneurs in the creation of offering documents for capital raises totaling an aggregate offering amount of over $2B.
Jason graduated from MSU-Billings with both his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Arts, while earning his law degree from the University of Montana in 2008. He also recently completed his Commercial Real Estate Certification at Cornell University.
He is currently licensed in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
He also currently serves as the Board Secretary of Spokane Housing Ventures.
In addition to his practice, Jason is also an extensive author and educator on all things real estate investing and securities compliance for real estate investors.
